Your constructive comments and input are appreciated! Please respond to at least one question.

1. Which of the sites covered in the presentation will you use as resources? (if none, why not, and which sites will you use?)

2. If you visit blogs, which are your favorites?

3. How do you keep up with the news?

  • 1. Which of the sites covered in the presentation will you use as resources? (if none, why not, and which sites will you use?) I will probally use all of the ones covered today.

    2. If you visit blogs, which are your favorites? I like myspace and xanga. They let teens get out their issues to other teens and let them learn that they are not the only ones to go throught problems. I also use blogspot for Student Government.

    3. How do you keep up with the news? I have links that update on my myyahoo.com page. I read them daily. I have links from USA TODAY and a Jacksonville paper, as well as most viewed/sent online articles.

I will try out all of the ones presented, and see which ones give me the best results.

    I read Myspace blogs...

    3. How do you keep up with the news?

Sadly, I don't really. I just listen to the conversation of others.

Thanks for these resources! I usually just google my subject, but now I know how to research more efficiently using databases.

  • I think I will definitely use all of the databases referenced at some point. Depending on what my topic is, I will use different databases. A database not discussed today that I have found useful is...Literature Resource Center...if you're working on an English project this is a great source.
